•  Create a questionnaire to lead users to existing private tours that meet their criteria and collect information from users wanting tours that require tailor-made tour-planning services.

 

•  Route customers wanting a traditional group tour to the correct part of the site.

•  Worked with UX research team to interview customers and conduct surveys to obtain insight around their primary travel questions and the key parameters users wanted to define when booking a tour.

•  Develop clear, consistent copy to keep the user engaged and yield a new lead for the private tailormade tour product.
