•  Customers wanted help with budgeting and managing payments. We expanded the payment options to include instalment payments.

•  Worked with UX research team to interview customers, test early wireframes and conduct surveys.


•  Initial prototype testing revealed customers assumed we would charge interest and add extra fees with the instalment plan. So we emphasized the “no fees” and “no interest” detail,

 

• Customers also wanted to see payment dates, so we added a payment calendar.
